1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using MenuStudio ("Service") provided at menustudio.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a restaurant, hotel, cafe, or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

2Service Description & Scope

MenuStudio is a multi-tenant Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that allows food service establishments to build MenuStudio menus, customize print-ready QR codes, display special deals, collect customer feedback ratings, and manage menu items in real time.

3Account Security & Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and password.
• You are solely responsible for all menu content, prices, dietary tags, and images published under your restaurant account.
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.

5Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

Subscription plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis as specified during signup. If an account subscription expires or payment fails, service access may be restricted until renewed. Plan status can be renewed directly through account billing or via our platform administration desk.

6Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

MenuStudiois provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not warrant that menu access will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from restaurant menu downtime or third-party network outages.

7Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
